Day Two in Harbin

Well things are going pretty well. Kudos to Team Canada for letting me use their computer to update the blog. I hope to have more pictures uploaded in the near future. Tomorrow we start carving, had a down day to get acclimated and/or over our jet lag. Went for a tour of the Ice and Snow world last night. I was simply unbelievable what these people do with ice and snow! And the people here are outside all over the place in -4F temp. Across from our hotel there is a park with a dozen or more ping pong tables and people are out there playing all day long! Ice and snow sculptures all over the place, literally hundreds of them all over the city. The pollution is unbelievable though, the air smells like burning coal no matter where you go. People are riding bikes and rickshaws all over the place. Traffic is unbelievable and dangerous.
