Exactly one year ago last night, the person who taught me the most about how to find beauty in the world passed away.  How fitting that exactly one year later, on the night he passed away, beautiful aurora were visible here in Nebraska.  I took these pictures just outside of Omaha. 

I think Marxy was smiling, too.
